This morning Brian said, "Mom, I want to wash myself."
Memories of chasing Brian from one end of the house to the other just yesterday with a warm wash cloth and then having to tackle him to the ground just to clean his face triggered my mommy antenna. I looked down at my humbled and terrified 3 year old who had drawn dots all over his legs and 1 arm, with permanent marker, of course.
I must say that with Jesi I have seen MUCH worse and am sincerely praying that this is not a pre-curser to permanent marker murals, mustache's drawn on babies and sleeping fathers or gothic finger nails.
**What are your experiences with permanent markers and toddlers?

I thought those markings were ants at first! Boyd loves to color on himself. There are many a times he has made "stripes" on his legs and face. The worst was when he got into some lipstick to make the stripes.
