I've really been having a tough time running lately, and that really gave me a boost! Thank you for posting it! Tyler and I were talking about it a few days ago and running long distances really is a different mind game than most sports. Its hard to just think "one step at a time" when all you can think is "what mile are we on?" I'm glad there are lots of people cheering me on.
